*Thai Reading Course Update

Our Thai reading program is being upgraded to a new structure called Basic Thai Reading (BTR). There are two volumes, and they will be released on 31 January.

If you’d like to start learning earlier, you’ll also have access to our current reading materials, and everything will transition smoothly once the new structure is released.

Should I wait for the update?

I would recommend you to start first with other courses; the Intensive Thai Volume 1 and 2, then you can continue with Basic Thai Reading when it’s releases.

If you’re curious about Thai script, you’ll also have access to our current reading materials, which will be smoothly upgraded to the new Basic Thai Reading course at the end of January.

Do I need to do anything to access the new reading course?

No. Your access will update automatically when the new structure is released.

What happens to Ultimate Thai Reading?

Existing students can continue using it during the transition period. The new Basic Thai Reading course will become the main reading program going forward.

Please note that access of the Ultimate Thai Reading (2020) will be expired at the end of February 2024. However, you will continue having access to the Basic Thai Reading (2025).

If I am a total beginner, is this bundle suitable for me?

Yes, this 4-skill Beginner Bundle includes the most suitable courses to start with a beginner. It includes core courses which are Ultimate Guide to Thai Reading (Basic Reading and Writing) and the Intensive Thai 1&2 (Foundation) that will help you get started with ease.

Which course should I start with?

Since you will have full access to all the three courses from day 1, you can decide yourself which skills you’d like to work on first.

If you live in Thailand and would like to engage with Thai as soon as possible, start with the Intensive Thai Vol. 1.

However, if you are not in a rush to speak Thai, we highly recommend you to master basic Thai reading first, so you will no longer rely on the English transliteration (karaoke).

If I have already purchased any of these courses in the bundle, would I get a discount as well?
