At BananaThai Language School, we want our students to feel confident in their learning experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible self-paced courses.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date or billing date.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Free bonus courses or products included as part of a promotion or bundle
- Gifted products or complimentary access provided by BananaThai
- Products received through giveaways, special campaigns, or referral rewards
If a bundle purchase includes free gifted products, only the paid portion of the original purchase may be considered for a refund.
